Glenna Ryer is a Philadelphia native now based in New York City where she designs costumes for theater and film. She holds an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in costume design and a BFA from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art in drawing and painting. Her most recent productions include Billy and The Killers and Heartless Bastard at HERE Arts Center in NYC, and the short film Knights in Newark, an Arlo Films production. In addition to her design work, Glenna is an adjunct professor at NYU Tisch's graduate Department of Design for Stage and Film where she teaches drawing and is a thesis advisor to the costume design graduate students.
