Glenna Ryer is a Philadelphia native now based in upstate New York where she designs costumes for theater and film. She holds an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in costume design and a BFA from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art in drawing and painting. Her recent productions include the New York Times Critic’s Pick Red Emma and the Mad Monk at The Tank in NYC, Havel:The Passion of Thought at Atlantic Theater Stage 2 in NYC, and Men on Boats at Middlebury College’s Seeler Studio Theatre in VT. In addition to her design work, Glenna is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Colgate University.
